New Industrial Policy and other concessions for the State of Uttarakhand and the State of Himachal Pradesh . No. 3(1)/2003-SPS.— The Central Government hereby notify the following amendments in the Negative List pertaining to Paper under Sl. No. 19 at Annexure-III of Office Memorandum relating to New Industrial Policy and other concessions for the State of Uttarakhand and the State of Himachal Pradesh which was issued on 7th January 2003 and further amended vide Office Memorandum dated 21-06-2005 as per the direction of Hon'ble Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla are as under: S.
