The Central Government appoints the 7 day of July 2008 as the date from which the sector specific SEZ for engneering sector at village Bhagan, Tehsil Ganaur (Sonepat) and village Kurar lbrahimpur, Tehsil- Sonepat on National Highway 1, Haryana shall be deemed to be ICD NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 7th July, 2008 S.O. (1628)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7 day of July 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for engneering sector at village Bhagan, Tehsil Ganaur (Sonepat) and village Kurar lbrahimpur, Tehsil- Sonepat on National Highway 1, Haryana shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
