Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd., Rajasthan Notification No : S.O. 546(E) dated 10-4-2007. Whereas M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Kalwara Village, Tehsil-Sanganer, Distt.-Jaipur (off Ajmer Road), in the State of Rajasthan; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services at Jaipur on 7th April, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Kalwara Village, Tehsil-Sanganer, District Jaipur (off Ajmer Road), in the State of Rajasthan, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely:— Table Sl.
