Inland Container Depot specific Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector at Plot No. C-22, MIDC, Shendre Five Star Industrial Area, District Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra. NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 5th August, 2008 S.O. 1953(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 5th day of August, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector at Plot No. C-22, MIDC, Shendre Five Star Industrial Area, District Aurangabad in the State of Maharashtra proposed to be developed by M/s Ajanta Projects (India) Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
