Central Government specifies the Industrial Finance Corporation of India as an institution u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.400(E) DATED 2-6-1972 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, the Industrial Finance Corporation of India as an institution for the purposes of the said clause
