Exemption u/s 35(1)(ii) - Institution Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.933 DATED 11-2-1975 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( iii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act. The institution shall send a report every year to the prescribed authority, viz., the Indian Council of Social Science Research, regarding the funds collected under this exemption and the manner in which they were utilised.
