Exemption u/s 35(1)(ii) - Institution Poona District Leprosy Committee, Poona NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.581 DATED 29-12-1976 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on the following conditions :-- 1. The Committee will submit annual reports on the research activities of the Committee to the Council. 2. The Committee will submit annual reports about donations received and spent exclusively for scientific research in the matter as and when required by the Council.
