S.O.2947 DATED 8-7-1977 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on the following conditions :-- 1. The Foundation will submit annual reports on the research activities of the Foundation to the Council. 2. The Foundation will submit annual reports about donations received and spent exclusively for scientific research in the manner as and when required by the Council.
