Notifies " Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, Amritsar " u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.496 DATED 31-12-1977 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, Amritsar " for the purpose of the said section from the assessment year 1971-72 to the assessment year 1975-76.
