VKGUY, FMS and FPS, benefits can be claimed either by the supporting manufacturer NOTIFICATION NO. 31/(RE-2008)/2004-09 Dated 19/08/2008 S.O (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy: 1. The following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 3.12.8 :- "However, for VKGUY, FMS and FPS, benefits can be claimed either by the supporting manufacturer (along with disclaimer from the company / firm who has realized the foreign exchange directly from overseas) or by the company / firm who has realized the foreign exchange directly from overseas."
