Government Calls for Comments/Suggestions on the report of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission by 15th July, 2013 |

The then Finance Minister had announced the setting-up of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission (FSLRC) during his Budget Speech of 2011-2012. The FSLRC was notified on 24th March 2011. The Commission presented its Report to the Government of India on 22th March 2013. The Report is in two parts: Volume I – titled “Analysis and Recommendations” and Volume II – comprising the Draft Law. The same was placed in the public domain on the Home Page of the Ministry of Finance website at http://finmin.nic.in/ on 28th March 2013. All stakeholders concerned are requested to forward comments/suggestions that they may wish to submit on the report and its various recommendations by 15th July 2013 by e-mail to [email protected] or in hard copy format to FSLRC Cell, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Room No.-30, North Block, New Delhi, PIN-110001.
