Clarification in respect of the NJRS Request for Proposal Document.

With regard to payment of service tax under the NJRS project, it is clarified that Service Tax will be payable by the ITD, as per the prevailing rates, on the invoice raised by the IA as per the payment schedule given at section 2.1.3 , Vol II of the RFP.
