PILOT phase of electronic clearance of Express Cargo is now operational at New Courier Terminal (NCT) at IGI Airport, New Delhi  w.e.f. 28 Oct 2010 and may be accessed by bonafiedusers through

or through service center at  the NCT, New Delhi.
