Another mistake in amendment notification

Central Government has issued a notification no. 33/2008 Cus(NT) dated 28-3-2008 for making amendment in notification no. 40/2005 Cus(NT) dated 31-5-2008 - Chief Commissioners & Commissioners' Committees for review cases

Notification no. 40/2005 (as amended before amendment notification no. 33/2008) contains only 20 entries. Whereas, notification no. 33/2008 amends the entry no. 25 of the notification no. 40/2005.

Therefore, since notification no. 40/2005 does not contain any entry as "entry no. 25", a corrigendum notification is required to correct this mistake.
