Scheme for processing of returns and speedy disposal of refund claim under Income Tax

Board has issued instruction no. 12/2008 dated 5-9-2008 for the purpose of processing of returns and refund claim and sets the priority accordingly.

Further, instruction no. 11/2008 dated 5-9-2008 issued for scrutiny of returns where returned income is Rs. 5 crore or more and where the provisions of FBT are applicable
