PRESS RELEASE

Based on specific intelligence from DRI, Patna, officers of Guwahati Regional Unit effected a seizure of TATA truck bearing Regn. No. TR02B-1708 carrying 327 boxes of Phensedyl Cough Linctus - 32,700 bottles concealed under 150 bags of Maize near Baxirhat, Dhubri, Assam valued at total Rs. 27 lacs which were meant for smuggling out to Bangladesh.
