If you make online payment, your subscription  will be activated instantly on completion of payment process. In case of offline payment, subscription will be activated on receipt of payment.

Renewal:

Subscription Services do automatically expire on completion of its term, and must be renewed on time to avoid disruptions to your services.

Where subscription has expired earlier - Renewal shall be effective from the date of renewal / reactivation of your subscription.

Where subscription is active and shall expire later - Original date of expiry shall be extended to further period of as per the package.

• Subscription Duration: Your subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of account activation or until the total login limit of 1500 is reached, whichever comes earlier.
• Daily Allowance: There is no specific restriction on the number of logins per day; however, for illustrative purposes, assuming there are 300 working days in a year, on any given day, a subscriber can make up to 5 logins on average.
• Usage Pattern: Based on our experience, approximately 95% of users do not exceed 1000 login attempts throughout the year. This aligns with the practical observation that most users interact with the portal within reasonable limits, happily and without any trouble.
• Team and Large Firm Usage: If you have more than one user, represent a large firm, or require corporate usage under a single subscription, and expect the usage to exceed 1500 logins, please contact us for additional options and tailored solutions.

• Team Access: The package allows simultaneous logins. Where the subscriber has a team, the same subscription package can be shared among all team members. This eliminates the need for individual subscriptions for each member. Team members can log in without waiting for others to log out, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient use of our services.
• Research and Collective Decision Making: This package is more beneficial for research purposes and collective decision making, allowing team members to access and share information easily and effectively.
• Usage Conditions and safeguard: The website allows up to a total of 1,500 simultaneous logins. A "simultaneous login" refers to each instance of access to our website with a unique user account, regardless of whether the access is from the same device or multiple devices. In cases where a user does not visit a new page or navigate the website after login, the session will remain active for an additional 30 minutes before automatic termination.
