Supply of good from our Vendor to Merchant Exporter , Customs - Exim - SEZ

Respected Sirs,

Our Customer is merchant exporter. We have to supply the goods upto Mumbai port. Then he will export it further. We will be supplying the goods directly from our Vendor who is manufacturer. We are not the manufacturer. Request you to please let us know the procedure of supply to Merchant exporter in detailed.

Who will give CT & ARE-1 forms to whom? what document we and our  vendor should give?

The merchant exporter will provide to the manufacturer exporter the CT-1 and also the ARE-1.  The ARE-1 will be signed by both Manufacture Exporter and Merchant Exporter.  The proof of export will be submitted by the Merchant Exporter and a copy of the proof of export will also be forwarded to Manufacture exporter for his future use.
