Applicability of T2 form at present, VAT + CST

Dear Experts,

We are manufacturer in Haryana and supplying goods to dealers in Delhi without T2 forms.  They stopped to give us order with reason to either send T2 forms along with goods or give them an undertaking if any mis-happening will be done in future for non-filing T2 forms, Manufacturer will be responsible. Now my query is that on dated 29.7.13 Commissioner VAT kept in abeyance the notification no.F.7(433)/policy-II/VAT/2012/180-190 dated 17.5.13, till 30.9.13.  But after that nothing have to be heard in this regard. Please through light on the said matter immediately.

T-2 has been not inforce as on today.  Please check the www.dvat.gov.in
