Duty on removal of C/G from EOU unit, Customs - Exim - SEZ

We would like to know the ,

what will be the %duty is applicable on removal of C/G from a EOU unit procured/imported under i) PC ii) CT-3 iii) no pc/no CT-3 (where no duties are applicable) non-duty paid goods
