Service tax on services Provided to Government., Service Tax

Dear Sir,

I have following query with respect to above title...

w.e.f 01-04-2015 as per the notification no. 06/2015 some of services provided to goverment has been made taxable. Issue is whether following Services are taxable or not (under above notification or any other notification) which are provided to government in relation to:

1.Installation of Electrical equipments to railway station

2. Construction of Housing Complex for employees of Railways.

3. Rural Electrification i.e. Installation of Electrical equipments in backward area as well as rural area.

4. Services under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vikas Pariyojna.

5. Installation of Electrical equipments in government educational institue.
