Dear sirI deal in recycled polyester fibre made from waste of plastic bottles and yarn made from them. Please guide me as to what is the affect of above mentioned notifications on my business.

Dear Varun,

No Impact in your case as Polyester fibers are chargeable to duty and Yarn made from them qualifies for Duty exemption as per Notification No. 34/2015-CE dated 17.07.2015.
