Abetment Notification, Service Tax

Dear Seniors,

I'am working in partnership firm. Initially the abetment was 75% (notification no.026/2012 S.T.)

Now the abetment is 70%. I need notification.

Notification No.8/15-ST dated 1.3.15 (Effective from 1.4.2015). Serial No.1 (iv). This is regarding abatement on freight. If u r asking different to this, let me know.
