Removal of finished goods from factory to warehouse at loading port Nhava sheva/Mundra, Central Excise

Dear Experts,

1.We desire to remove finished goods from factory to warehouse at loading port i.e.Nhava Sheva or Mundra port as and when it produced.

2.From Nhava Sheva we desire to book container as and when order received from customer and made export.

Kindly provide provision/Rule for removal from factory and export from Nhava Sheva

You can do it after getting the permission from the concerned Commissioner of C.E./VAT.

Dear Expert/YS,

Please suggest Rule/Section under which application will be made to Commissioner C.ex/VAT.

Further what documents shall be prepared at the time of removal from factory to warehouse at Nhava Sheva and from warehouse for export.
