can we do Bill to one Country and ship to other country like this trasaction, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

the above subject mention we want to do this type transaction i.e.we will prepare ARE-1 and Excise Invoice the name of customer and physically material ship to our RDS central and then they will relabeling and then send to customer on the same document which we have prepared.

so that request all of you, can anybody guide to me it is possible to do this, and if it is possible please provide supporting rule or notification

Bill to ship to transactions are allowed in International Trade provided on relevant documents appropriate information must be incorporated. Bill of Lading must depict such information.

Dear sir,

pas mentioned by our learned friends, export as proposed is permissible of course subject to receipt of export proceeds from the bill to party. About relabelling by ship to party is subject to the provisions of his country
