Authorized signatory addition for Sales tax, VAT + CST

Dear all,

We are going to add one new authorized signatory for all our sales tax related papers in Tamil nadu. what is the procedure for this? Pl share your views

Sir, an intimation is required to be given to the Commercial tax department, Tamil Nadu in this regard. Thanks.
