Rate of duty in 1995-96, Central Excise

Sir,

I want to know the Excise duty rate of Tariff heading 27,28,59,84,40,38,27 in year 1995-96 if any one can provide me i will be very greatful. If possible anylink can be helpful.

It is a difficult job. In the CBEC website notification only after the year 2000 is available.
