GST and Imports |

Dear Sir / Madams, I have a query regarding GST on already imported goods as under: We are importer and traders i.e we import material from abroad and trade it in India. We are having some stock balance available with us on which we have Paid BCD and CVD at the time of imports. We have got registered under commercial tax and GST but do not have excise registration number. Just wanted to understand if we can claim any tax credit of CVD under GST considering we have all the documents of stock available with us. Thanks for your valuable replies.
