SIRJI, WE ARE SUPPLYING GOVT ORDER ALL OVER INDIA BASIS. ON ORDER OF RITES (FUNDED BY CENTRAL GOVT, IN INVOICE MAIN SUPPLIERS ADDRESS -RITES-DELHI ) AND ON CONSIGNEE ADDRESS BASIS TO ALL OVER INDIA ,NOW WHAT HAPPENED , WE SUPPLIED MEDICINE APPX 2 LACS TAB EACH TO AP AND KARNATAKA ( AS THEY ARE NOT TAKING THE THE MATERIALS FROM TRANSPORTER MAY BE COMMUNICATION GAP OF RITES ) AND NOW FOR THAT INSTRUCTION OF RITES DELHI THAT WE HAVE TO RESHIFT THE SAME MATERIALS TO UTTAR PRADESH FROM AP AND KARNATAKA . GST INVOICE RAISED IN THIS MONTH ONLY AND WHAT WILL BE PROCEDURE RELATED TO TRANSPORT AND REVISE INVOICE . PL ADVICE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AS MATTER IS URGENT. Sir, Under GST law units in different states are to take separate registration. If it is so, the units in Karnataka and AP can take ITC of the tax paid (IGST in this case) and they supply the goods on payment of IGST to the UP unit. Under GST law there is no provision for endorsing the invoice in favour of UP unit. Therefore ask the units in AP and Karnataka to take delivery of the goods and then resupply the same to UP unit.
