Entry of aggregate turnover in GSTR1, Goods and Services Tax - GST

The party while trying to file the GSTR-1 for July 2017 is unable to enter the aggregate turnover of previous year as well that for April - June 2017 as no button is displayed.

Now GSTR-1 is showing Submission in progress' for a long time.

How to do the filing of GSTR-1 under the circumstances?
