1.Is medical bill submitted by retired employees to BSNL.On such reimbursement TDS is deductable or not. If yes whta rate ? under what rule in income tax act

TDS is deductible u/s 192B as per tax slab under which your pension falls.

Is reimbursement of medical bill for pensioner or employee not exempted from TDS ? Pl. confirm.

If the medical bill reimbursement exceeds the limit (I think it is ₹ 15,000) then tax is to be deducted at source.
