SCN for cancellation of registration has not been adjudicated till date despite expiry of the time period under Rule 22(3). Suspension gets revoked automatically in the system? Have you filed all the returns ? Have you paid all the Govt. dues ?
Explore the option of filing Writ in the High Court.
Before that have you approached the jurisdiction officer requesting revocation of cancellation/suspension. Pls make written communications, meet and see whether the issue gets resolved. Else approach HC.
It appears that the querist is not interested. That is why he has not responded.
What is the actual position? is it in suspended mode? what is the reason mentioned in the notice by the way?
Yes Sir, met the officer thrice and have sent the reminders also. I was told by an I T guy that the option to reject the application gets disabled after 30 days itself. Approaching the HC now. Thanks everyone. Page: 1 |
