50% credit can be availed during current financial year, balance 50% in the subsequent year. Only CVD can be availed. Check the elgibility of Capital goods conditions.

4% CVD leviable under Section 3(5) of Customs Tariff Act , can be taken 100%,where as other CVD under Section 3(1) can be taken 50% and 50% as rightly answered by Sri Srinivas
