IT IS COMULSORY TO INTIMATE ROC, IF COMPANY OPEN ANOTHER BUSINESS PLACE., Income Tax

We are a trading company in Delhi and Now our company has opened a Factory in Mumbai also as a Manufacturing unit, however as per company MOA it is already declare that our nature of business is Trader & Manufacturer of the Machines. So, clarify that it is compulsory (in sense of statutory requirements)to intimate ROC about our New Manufacturing set up in Mumbai or enough as per our declaration in MOA. Reply Awaited....... You may refer to section 149 of the companies act, 1956 which put some restriction on commencment of business as such. But there is no restriction of starting a new manufacturing unit.
