I require a comprehensive compliance check list for the central excise and cenvat credit procedures to be complied on regular basis along with the statutory records to be maintained by a manufacturing unit in chemicals having one factory and no exports.

There is no specific check list, you can maintain records as per your own system. Simple records in computerized environment may also be sufficient.
