about selling of goods received as sales return

  • Contents

Respected Sir,

How to sale the goods received as sales return from a non-excisable manufacturer or trader?if non-excisable mfg. or trader sends my own duplicate for transport copy of the goods he has sent to me ,then can I take the credit on that copy & is it necessary for him to send a letter of it's own firm by stating that he has sent a part qty.  so it may become for the original mfg. to take credit on the qty. I have received.

If your buyer has rejected the whole quantity of the goods purchased, he can send on your own invoice itself.  If the part quantity has to be rejected then a separate invoice for the same quantity will be issued.
