Respected Sir, How to sale the goods received as sales return from a non-excisable manufacturer or trader?if non-excisable mfg. or trader sends my own duplicate for transport copy of the goods he has sent to me ,then can I take the credit on that copy & is it necessary for him to send a letter of it's own firm by stating that he has sent a part qty. so it may become for the original mfg. to take credit on the qty. I have received. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 1 of 1 Records Page: 1
If your buyer has rejected the whole quantity of the goods purchased, he can send on your own invoice itself. If the part quantity has to be rejected then a separate invoice for the same quantity will be issued. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
