PF deduction for Retired person

Sir,

we have appointed a retired person [age58 yrs] in purchase dept. on monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 16000/- pm. there is no PF and other benefits. is it PF compulsary for retired persons?  whether  from 11 is necessary for for non-deduction of PF ? before retirement he is PF member. Whether we need to show this consolidated salary in our regular Salary register coming under PF ESI Inspecter of factories inspection

Statutory limit for deduction of PF is Rs. 6500/- .  Further, if employee is getting basic salary more than of this statutory limit, then, mutually it is agre ed that there will be no deduction pursuant to PF.
