Billing india,buying Hong Hong to selling indonesia

Clarify: I have to buy goods in HK, sell in INDONESIA, Payment is in USD. Buyer and Seller handle USD, please let me know if i can ship the goods from HK to Indonesia directly, billing from INDIA> What is the process? Can it Possible ? Please let me know Sir.

It will constitute bill to ship to transaction with no export promotion benefit to you since goods are not being moved out of india in physical condition.

In bill of lading you must mentioned notify party as your self and in consignee mentioned the name of indonesia party
