Can extension be granted in case we had delayed in submitting the proof (What if more than 6 months) ?

The time limit for submission of proof of export is six months. Extention for submision of proof  of export is granted in case ARE-1 lost in transit or misplaced by the customs deptt.You may contact the customs for submititing certificate for proof of export against the respective  ARE-1.
