Q. 1

I wish to receive / subscribe TMI - Tax Updates regularly. What should I do?

Ans.

First of all, you need to register yourself with us, if not done earlier.  Click here to register.

After successful registration, you need to subscribe a package.

Please make sure that you have opted to receive e-Newsletters.

My Subscription is active but I do not receive TMI-Updates / e-Newsletters.

Ans.

Please add this email address to your Address Book or contact list.

If you are not receiving the TMI - Tax Updates / e-newsletter regularly you need to check the followings:

1         Whether your server rejects newsletters / emails from us?

If your server is rejecting the e-newsletter / other email alerts from us kindly check your system settings or take up the matter with your server team.

2         Our newsletter land in Spam Box / Trash Box or Grouped by the Gmail?

Please check your spam / junk / Trash box and mark us as Not Spam for safe landing into your Inbox.

Further, in case of Gmail, our e-newsletters my be go to the group Social / Promotions or Updates. Please check the tabs beside the tab Primary. On click the link All mail on the left hand side of your gmail.

3         Email address has changed.

In case, your email id has changed, you need to update new email id in our records. Click here to change email address.

4         Regular bounce mail from your server.

In case we receive the e-Newsletters returned as Bounced, our system disable the email / newsletter option as No by default. Please visit  your accounts / Setting page and enable the newsletters as Yes.

Further, please ensure that in further, your sever do not reject the mails from us.

I wish to Unsubscribe from the e-Newsletters

Please visit your accounts / Setting page and update the desired fields.

I have unsubscribed e-Newsletter service earlier but wish to subscribe now?

I have missed certain e-Newsletters, can I access old e-Newsletters?

Ans.

Yes, we have created News Letter Archive for old newsletters. You may access archive of newsletters.

Q. 6

I have changed the email address and subscribed the e-Newsletter, but still not getting emails.
