..... ssary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Baggage Rules, 1978, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Baggage (Second Amendment) Rules, 1993. (2) They shall come into force on the 17th day of February, 1993. 2.
