In the said notification, - (i) in paragraph I, in condition (5), after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely :- "Provided also that no loan, transfer, sale or disposal of Acetic Anhydride shall be made and the said Acetic Anhydride shall be utilised by the importer in his own factory or in .....
