General note No. 7 shall not apply in respect of Furnace Oil in S.No. 2(ii) since it is a process necessity.Import of LNG, Propane, Naphtha, LPG and Furnace Oil at S.No. 2 shall be allowed to only such Gas based directed reduced iron producers who has installed facilities to use these fuels.Item at S.No. 3(d) shall be allowed only to Gas based DRI producers following HYL-III technology. 2. Import item No 3 (a) to 3 (f) in total (Misc. item) are allowed up to 4% of the FOB value of export.
