When export product has been manufactured through electric induction furnace route, import item No. 9 12 will not be allowed. 6). The item non alloy steel melting scrap will be allowed as per the definition given in section XV of Customs Tariff. 7). In case of export of continous cast billets blooms/slabs produced through continuous casting route, rolling mill rolls and tungsten carbide ring i.e. Item at Sl.No.3 (ii) (b) will not be allowed. Similarly, against export of Rolled Blooms, Billets, Slabs, refractory items 3(iii)(a b) shal not be allowed. However, in case of export of rolled products including billets produced out of continuous cast blooms/ billets both item mentioned above i.e. rolls/ tungsten carbide rings and refractories shall be allowed. 3. Items of import at Sl.No.1 (c) (2), 3 (ii) (b),(c), (d), (h) and 3 (iii) (a b) shall not be permitted against export of Ingots. 4. The item Non Alloy Steel Melting Scrap will be allowed as per the definition given in Section XV of Customs Tariff.
