Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; And whereas M/s Reliance Infrastructure Limited has proposed for the transfer of the approval to M/s Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited at Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat and the Central Government after considering the said transfer proposal approved it and conveyed such transfer of approval on 10th January, 2007 in view of the change of name of M/s Reliance Infrastructure Limited to M/s Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited; And whereas the Central Government has approved the conversion of petroleum and petrochemicals Special Economic Zone into multi-product Special Economic Zone and conveyed approval of such conversion on 9th May, 2007; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 784.0296 hectares at Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat comprising of the Survey numbers and the areas given below in the Table, to be included as a part of that Special Economic Zone, namely; - Table S .....
