And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had de-notified an area of 708.1307 hectares from the above Special Economic Zones making resultant area as 1209.7122 hectares at above Special Economi .....
