(6) In cases, where the applicant has lost the original Bank Receipt the licensing authority may accept a certificate from the Bank or Pay and Accounts Officer (Imports Exports) in support of the fact that the amount was deposited. In such cases, where the original receipt is not available the applicant will be required to file an affidavit containing same particulars as mentioned above. (7) Refund Order of fees will be valid for three months from the date of issue.
