..... Trade Notice No.01 dated 10.01.2011. The Trade Notice.No.15 dated 10th August 2011 provided an option to the firms who had exported beyond tolerance limit + or - 5% to get their names removed from the defaulter list by paying a penalty amount of ₹ 10,000/- + 1% value of the shortfall in excess to the concerned Regional Licensing Authorities. Out of the list of 117 firms in the Annexure 1 of the Trade Notice No. 15 dated 10th August 2011, it is observed that 76 firms are under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Zonal Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai. Out of the 76 firms, 38 firms have submitted the documents and paid the penalty in terms of Trade Notice No. 15 dated 10th August 2011. Hence .....
