I observe that appellant and M/s Shri Ram Cable Pvt. Ltd, A-524, RIICO Industrial Area, Chopanki, Bhiwadi are inter-connected party as per description in notes on account (Scheduled 14) of the balance sheet of the appellant for the year 2007-08. The said Balance Sheet also shows that in the previous financial year 2006-07 also, M/s Sri Ram Cables Pvt. Ltd. was a company associated to the appellant. The Balance Sheet i.e. Auditor s Annual Report of the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 does no longer show M/s Sri Ram Cables Pvt Ltd. to be an assoc .....
