Even without the aid of this clarificatory Trade Notice, the main notification itself envisages that the term already imported would include two categories of transactions (i) where the shipment had already arrived between the said period of 01.04.2018 to 25.04.2018 and (ii) those shipments, which were backed by irrevocable commercial letter of credit or advance payment made through banking channel.
